Business Cases - NZTA

Commute are undertaking a number of business case assessments for NZTA (including PBCs, IBCs and DBCs) on a wide range of projects, from one-way bridges to strategic corridors over 100km in length. This type of work has included the development of investment objectives, option and programme development, and the selection and justification of preferred options.

Special HousinG Areas

Commute have undertaken a number of transport assessments for SHAs throughout the Auckland region, ranging in scale from 10 lots through to 5000 lots. This includes completing the various stages of Plan Variation (PV), Qualifiying Development (QD) and detailed design work. Transport is a key enabler of these developments and Commute strives to ensure that the transport impact of these developments is minimised whilst the operation at the site is maximised.

Childcare and Aged Care Facilities

Childcare and Aged Care facilities are often located in transport sensitive environments. Commute understands this implicitly and has driven successful outcomes for new childcare facilities and retirement villages throughout Auckland in both residential and commercial areas.
